"Fergilicious" Added to Oxford English Dictionary

"Fergilicious"--like its antecedents "D'oh" and "The Full Monty"--has joined a very elite group of words that originated in the pop lexicon: words that have been added to the prestigious Oxford English Dictionary.

The titular phrase from Black Eyed Peas's singer Fergie's 2007 hit will be incorporated into next year's edition of the dictionary. The phrase, meaning "an ostentatious display of sexuality by someone of highly questionable talent", has been included due to its proclivity in the popular dialog and origins in pop music.
