Eclectic indie-folk, San Francisco-based The Dodos have announced that they're playing the Cafe De Nord as part of the Noise Pop festival. The Noise Pop festival is arguably the Bay Area equivalent music festival similar to South By Southwest, insofar in that its many music groups playing in many different venues over a period of a week. The Dodos will play their live concert at Cafe Du Nord, which is undoubtedly one of the best, and certainly most intimate, places in San Francisco to see live music. The show takes place on February 28th.

The other tour dates on the band's MySpace page do not include any dates in Minneapolis--yet. As soon as they do, we'll let you know, because The Dodos are nothing but sheer revelation in concert.
