I thought it to be quite coincidental that I heard this track, what with all of the Sex Pistols news in the past few weeks.

The song is called "Fuck The Sex Pistols" and its by Modern Life Is War, a hardcore group who put out their latest record, Midnight In America, back in August. They're incredibly visceral live, as the best hardcore groups are. I first saw them open up for the final Holding On show back in 2003. They were awesome and intense, with a spot-on cover of Black Flag's "Nervous Breakdown" being the highlight of their set. Judging from some reviews of the record, it's the best one they have put out yet.
