Cool John Vanderslice Interview About the Music Business
The Merlin Show - John Vanderslice Interview
Thank you Bill Caperton (of Ela fame) for tipping me on this one. Here is the first part of three 20-minute interviews with John Vanderslice on The Merlin Show about the future of the music business and what blogging has done to it. It's pretty cool and Vanderslice is rather articulate - plus, he has some good insight.

Great, great, great interview! I'm an instant john vanderslice super fan now... thanks for opening my eyes! Everyone should listen to this... the music industry is so sleazy... ugh!
Yeah...I have been loving John Vanderslice since I heard the song "My 424" on a comp I got a few years back. Oh, by the way, on his tour happening right now, he is inviting fans around the country to email him if they want to sing or play bass on that song. Cool. Fucking. Dude. Good interview, great great great sounding recordings.
Tiny Telephone with a heart around it.
