Such a good one! Finally a little smoother sound from Phoenix. Love the new release by the way. Thanks for this little one!
The singer from Phoenix helped Air write this song, so i guess kinda a quasi-cover.
This isn't really a cover. Johnny Marrs (the lead singer from Pheonix) sang the vocals on the original "Playground Love" under the pseudonym "Gordon Tracks." Phoenix did a lot of live performances as Air's backing band in the late '90s.
