The nature-friendly activities behind the MCAD Earth Fair have been going on all day, but come 5 p.m., the music will start. Bands set to play include Lucy Michelle and the Velvet Lapelles, The Hammer Gang and Lambs of God.

The Plastic Constellations are showing how much they appreciate you by playing a free in-store at Electric Fetus. Do your part of appreciating them by showing up. Their new album, We Appreciate You, was released today via Frenchkiss, and I would imagine that they'll surely play some songs from that record, and that you'll be able to pick it up.

Speaking of that album, which may unfortunately be their last for quite a while, the band will hold a record release party at First Ave. on April 19th (this Saturday). Details are in the flier below:
